For the 4th consecutive year running Beacon Wealth Management Ltd has been ranked in the Top 100 Independent Financial Advisers in the country.
Citywire have released this year’s list of Top 100 Independent Financial Advisers and for the 4th year running, Beacon Wealth Management Ltd has been awarded this title.

Beacon Wealth Management Ltd are proud to announce that they have won New Model Adviser’s East of England Financial Adviser Company of the Year 2015. Tony Larkins, Managing Director collected the award in London, this is the second time Beacon Wealth Management Ltd has won this award.
Unbiased’s Financial Adviser of the Year 2015 Shortlist
Tony Larkins, Beacon Wealth Management Ltd’s Managing Director, was selected as a finalist in Unbiased’s Media awards 2015. The awards highlighted individual financial advisers on their dedication to their industry and fully embracing media opportunities. Tony was one of seven to have been recognised in the Financial Adviser of the Year category throughout the country.
Finalists – Cambridgeshire Business Champions 2014
Beacon Wealth Management Ltd attended the East of England Business Champion awards and were highlighted as one of the Cambridgeshire Business Champions 2014.
This award celebrates their dedication to excellence within the Cambridgeshire region.
These awards consisted of a wide variety of companies and Beacon Wealth Management Ltd were proud to have been recognised amongst such a prestigious list of names. Danni Mingus, a prominent model and red carpet presenter for Fashion TV, hosted the awards ceremony. This was the first time Beacon Wealth Management Ltd had been highlighted at these particular celebrations and it was fantastic to be runner up in our area.
Top 100 IFA’s in the UK – Citywire Magazine
Beacon Wealth Management Ltd has once again been named in Citywire Magazine’s Top 100 IFA’s in the UK 2014. The Top 100 list recognises some of the most prestigious firms on their overall performance and commitment to clients within the financial industry.
Having previously been awarded the New Model Adviser East of England award 2013, Beacon Wealth Management Ltd are proud to be included in the prestigious list along with some of the biggest IFAs in London as well as the rest of the country. This is the second consecutive year we have been named within the top 100.
Tony Larkins, Beacon Wealth Management Ltd’s Managing Director, was described as ‘an ultra-qualified Managing Director, who is Certified, Chartered, a qualified life coach and current Regional Vice Chairman for the PFS.’ They omitted to mention that he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
This is the second year that the Top 100 has recognised firms on overall qualifications and commitment to their clients as the best estimations for a truly exceptional list of IFA’s, unlike previous years which were judged purely on turnover.
Finalists – Business in the Community Award 2014
Beacon Wealth Management Ltd were selected for The Business In The Community award 2014. The award recognises the sheer amount of work that Beacon Wealth Management Ltd put in to upholding their social responsibility. It has now become a normal part of life at Beacon Wealth Management Ltd for everybody to strive to do what they can for causes close to their hearts and to raise awareness for other important charities.
Throughout this year the team at Beacon Wealth Management Ltd has strived to complete sporting challenges for a variety of different causes. 2014 saw four of our team members participate in the Woodlands Trust charity bike ride, other team members also completed a superhero fun run, Sport Relief run, Race for Life and organised their own fifty mile charity bike ride in aid of Children In Need. Children In Need has always been a huge event for Beacon Wealth Management Ltd and 2015 was the sixth consecutive year that we have had the BBC’s official Pudsey Bear to stay, and was a record-breaking year for fundraising.
Beacon Wealth Management Ltd were up against some tough competition and made it to the final three. Tony Larkins, Beacon Wealth Management Ltd.’s Managing Director, commented “It’s great to have been recognised for the charity work, not just as individuals, but for the team as a whole, everybody has become involved whether it’s donating, giving up their time or taking part in the event itself.”
Small Business of the Year and Business Development Award 2013
Beacon Wealth Management Ltd won not one, but two awards at the Hunts Post Business Awards 2013. ITV’s Stuart White presented the Awards at the ceremony held at The Burgess Hall in St Ives. The standard of shortlisted companies this year was again phenomenal. These were the third and fourth awards for Beacon Wealth Management Ltd in 2013.
Both awards highlight the sheer business excellence of the company and we were up against some tough competition. The Business Development award was categorised as a proven ability to improve performance or prospects through making the most of opportunities available, which Beacon Wealth Management Ltd has been striving to do ever since it was created. Recent opportunities such as the Government legislation for Workplace Pensions/ Auto-enrolment has allowed Beacon Wealth Management Ltd to embrace the change and help support businesses as much as we can and as efficiently as possible. To meet demand for this service Beacon Wealth Management Ltd implemented a new experienced department dedicated to this topic.
The Small Business of the Year award speaks for itself; only an outstanding company could win this award, being recognised for all round performance against their business plan and proven success in adapting to market movements. From inception Beacon Wealth Management Ltd adapted to the change in the industry legislation showing a forward thinking company with plans to change when new opportunities come along. Not only have we shown commitment to our clients, but the local community too, sponsoring local events and supporting charities.
Tony Larkins, Beacon’s Managing Director, shared his thoughts on winning the awards: “The awards truly show how much Beacon Wealth Management Ltd stands out and how adaptive we can be to the changing financial environment, winning our first award this year seemed like a dream come true, but to continue to win three more prestigious awards is fantastic and I am very proud of the company and team members”.
