This recognition marks the latest in a series of accolades for the team. Based in Kimbolton, the firm provides independent financial advice to[individuals](https://beaconwm.co.uk/planning) and [businesses](https://beaconwm.co.uk/business), and – in a very competitive sector – has won this prestigious accolade every year since 2013. Beacon was recognised by the judges for continuing to put client outcomes first. It has hired four new staff members, including a trained adviser and a graduate, and increased the frequency of its client interactions.  It is also one of the few firms recognised through these awards outside the City of London that has an in-house team to [manage client’s investments](https://beaconwm.co.uk/investing).
